2008 Recreational Coaches Workshop

• Recreational Coach Workshops (RCWs) are interactive, on-court training programs designed for teachers, coaches, and anyone else interested in teaching recreational tennis.
• Each workshop is six hours in length and conducted by a certified tennis professional specifically trained for the RCW Program.
• The goal of the program is to provide instruction, fresh and innovative ideas and easy-to-follow resources.
• Every workshop participant will receive lesson plans and sample equipment in an effort to make the learning process fun and easy.
• The Quick Start tennis format will also be taught.
• The program should be of interest to parents, coaches, teachers, park and rec intstructors, players seeking part time teaching jobs, summer camps, and tennis pros who want to learn the Quick Start format.

• Check must be received by June 3 to confirm reservation in workshop.
• Lunch is included.
• The Workshop will be cancelled if fewer than 20 people register by May 3 – you will be contacted if this happens.
• Please bring a racquet if you have one.
